We have been committed to creating a functional prototype that demonstrates how our hub will reimagine smart living since the beginning of Deyoze. We are thrilled to announce today that our vision has been executed.

Because Matter serves as the foundation for our Deyoze Hub, it is possible to seamlessly integrate Matter-enabled devices from various vendors. Our hub is a true cross-platform solution for modern smart living because it can connect, control, and automate a variety of devices thanks to this foundation.

To bring this prototype to life, we used Raspberry Pi 5 as the core of the system. The embedded development is powered by Python and C++, ensuring the necessary performance for real-time device control. For the cloud infrastructure, we’ve built everything using Go with WebSockets as the communication protocol, enabling real-time, low-latency communication between the hub and the cloud. The mobile app is developed using Expo for rapid prototyping, ensuring a smooth user experience while we iterate on features.

We are actively pushing forward with further developments on this hub, with our next milestone being the implementation of the Matter Bridge. We've already tested it and are now in the process of integrating it into the prototype.
